So, I am making a grapefruit IPA, and I have 2 ounce of dry hops ready and 2 ounces of grapefruit peel soaking in some vodka.
Typically when dry hopping I just toss the pellets in and after a few days I cold crash and rack no big deal...but with the peels if I just toss them in will they sink to the bottom or do I need to put them in a bag or something?
