I just bottled my saison, and I'd love to make another batch recycling the yeast. Yeast culturing is the next part of this great hobby that I'd like to get into, but I'm getting ready to move. So since I can't culture the yeast, I'm wondering if there is a sanitary way to save my yeast cake, move, and then reuse it for another batch of saison?
Thanks for your help,
Graham

Dump it into a sanitized Mason Jar, stick it in the fridge, you can look at the yeast washing sticky in this forum if you want to wash it (seperate the yeast from trub).
