Long story, short. Brewed a light hybrid, thought about doing my first lager wih 34/70. I changed my mind at the end of the boil and used US-05. I made a typo on my brewing calculator, instead of 1.059 OG I got 1.073. 1 pkg of 05 probably not enough, oh well.

Fast forward 36 hours. I have no visible signs of fermentation. Nothing happening in bucket, very unusual. So i dump in 2 pkg of 34/70, shake bucket, the lid blows off, oops. Reduce temp to 52f.

So any yeast brainiacs out there that have fermentation schedule thoughts. Any ideas of outcomes. I figure the 05 might be dormant at 52f.
