Hey everybody - I'm in Illinois (just north of Rockford) I've only started brewing recently. I've read Charlie Papazian's book about 3 times cover to cover between Christmas and now! I'll be bottling my first attempt on Wednesday (a coffee stout) - CAN NOT WAIT! I've tasted it a couple time at readings and it's delicious. Already have my next two brews all planned out! I've read through a ton of threads on HBT already - you guys sure know your stuff. I imagine I'll have many more questions - this place is great!
