Finally got the carboy in the fermenator. Unpacked the gear. Got a freezer for ice and hit HomebrewinParadise for a recipe kit. Not a newbie but can't brag just yet. The heat here is yeast unfriendly. Lots of gear up in the hills of Makakilo. Hook up and we can have a brew party. Order 4 kits of Pliny from Northern yesterday with 7.99 shipping.
