Unmalted White Wheat Uses?

I was recently given 20 lbs of UNmalted white wheat from a friend. I'm curious as to if anyone has successfully brewed a wit beer with the unmalted version? I've read other places that I should essentially treat it like you would flaked wheat. If this is the case I'm thinking about using 4.5 lbs of 2-row, 2 lbs of the UNmalted, and 2 lbs of malted white wheat.

You can just crush it and use it with other malts. It works well with a cereal mash. I like to toast it. Raw I get about 30 ppg from it. Toasted or cereal mashed I get 37.

Any need to use a base with higher diastatic power like 6-row?

No, modern 2-row is almost as good as 6-row.

And the American malted wheat can even have higher DP.
