I was recently given 20 lbs of UNmalted white wheat from a friend. I'm curious as to if anyone has successfully brewed a wit beer with the unmalted version? I've read other places that I should essentially treat it like you would flaked wheat. If this is the case I'm thinking about using 4.5 lbs of 2-row, 2 lbs of the UNmalted, and 2 lbs of malted white wheat.
