My system hits 73% efficiency, you may need to adjust %.
So we've all had one of those brew days where you just want to brew, no set goal, brew with what you have. Right?
Well this is one of the sessions.
With wife and kids outta town i set out to clear out my supplies. vacuum bags this and that at the bottom of my storage bins, its as simple as that.
The end result was fantastic, juice and crisp with the NE haze, perfect.
My wife (whom I'm sure is some kind of super taster) tasted it and said i should enter it into the next BJCP comp.
I had to let it clear bright and once it did it got sent to Stoney Creek home brew comp where it took a Bronze medal

This will be a nice beer to play around with.
Thanks
