Will harvesting yeast after a pressurized ferment hurt the yeast. Yeast will be stored in mason jars in the fridge. Harvesting will happen during the clean out portion by just catching the good stuff after a trub dump.

Don't worry, yeast won't get the "bends" from sudden decompression since due to its microscopic size CO2 can diffuse out of the cell pretty quickly. Waiting too long to harvest will hurt viability a lot more.
