Unita 20th and 21st birthday sours?

Anyone know if the two sours unita did on there crooked line the 20th anniversary and 21st have pitchable dregs?* Got a bottle of each so figured I would check and see if I can use them

Their website says that Uinta beers are not pasteurized, so perhaps the dreg yeast will be usable.

Yea saw that on the bottle but couldn't find out anything with searching so figured I would ask and see if anyone knew if it was worth saving the dregs or not guess I could sanitize a white labs vial and drop the dregs in there for safe keeping till I can figure out what bugs they used or if they just bottle conditioned with regular old yeast for carbonation.
