Undershot final volume, issue getting carbed?

So I undershot my final volume due to still trying to dial in my system. I have the keg sitting at 30 PSI for force carbinf bit the down spout isn't touching the liquid. Is this going to present any issues with the carbing process?

If by "down spout" you are referring to the Gas-In dip tube, you actually never really want that to be submerged in beer as that affords the opportunity to internally backwash your entire gas system with beer.

Yeah I learned the hard way . Had to take apart my regulators , clean it and get new gas lines . Puts a kink in your day .
