I have never seen this in 1.5 years brewing and it worries me a little. The transfer from kettle looked milky too, like a shaken yeast starter. I might have pitched a little hot, chilled to 90 then 4-5 hours in ice cooler before pitch. It is fermenting with a small krausen, brewed Monday. I didn't oxygenate.
 
I always get those when using S05.. and that's my go to yeast replacement for 1056/wlp001 when I'm too lazy to make a starter or get an unexpected brew day.

Usually happens right before fermentation really takes off. Nothing to worry about IMO.
 
That's encouraging, I was hoping to see it with a big krausen tonight like us-05 usually does for me after about 3 days but maybe tomorrow.
