We just received 2013 Triskel hops from France!
These hops smell amazing full for floral fruitiness, some of the best hops we've laid our noses on this year!
The AA are lower than what you'll find in literature on the web but Hopunion re-tested the AA yesterday due to my concern (which alarmed them as well) and verified they were 3.1% Get them now they are really amazing and may not be here long. Would be great in a White IPA with some Palisade and/or Ahtanum. Would play well with NZ and AUS hops as well.
We also have many Southern Hemisphere hops on sale along with Topaz and Helga, very nice down under hops at a great price.
