This originally started as a contest for a local brewery to create a "Midwest IPA" This beer came in second place in the contest and has become one of my favorites. Not too bitter and a ton of hop aroma with a small hint of cherry.

After primary fermentation I added 32 oz of Montmorency cherry juice to the secondary fermenter and racked on top.
