Hi Guys,

I recently brewed my first high gravity beer which was an Imperial Stout.
It turned out very good and now I want to take the next step and try a barley wine.
Anyone have a decent recipe they can recommend?
I heard good things about the Water into Barleywine so I'll probably give that a try sometime.
However, I would also like to try something a bit more adventurous with more than two types of hops and maybe a bit stronger. Maybe with some special B. Maybe a Bigfoot?

I'm sure there are some recipes on here but I probably overlooked them because I didn't recognise them as a barley wine.

Anyway thanks for any suggestions. :mug:

Cool, looks interesting, thanks for posting.
The malt bill looks good but last two hops look to be new British types that I never heard of before but I'm sure I could sub them with something that I already have.

Any other recipes anyone?
