Used this for a cider recently and it's great stuff. I'm usually the type to go organic with everything and hate major brands, but I was attracted to this stuff because of the combination of different apples, giving a cider a more complex flavor.

Anyways, highly recommend this stuff if you're looking for store bought juice

I haven't. I always just use the base cider and then backsweeten with a different juice (cherry, peach, etc).

I would really like to use guava but it's so cloudy.

I usually just take the cheapest pasteurized apple juice I can find. If there's a pasteurized cider or quality juice that's within say 70 cents/gallon I'd consider it. Most I've found has been more around the range of 50%-250% more per gallon

I bought my cider fresh pressed at the mill. I compared the taste to a gal. of pasteurized store brand cider the other day. They couldn't taste more different. Maybe it's the sorbate or the apples or the freshness.
