I've just bought some Danstar Windsor yeast dry to go into my treacle ale. I didn't know which to go for so I went with what I thought would give me a fruity taste. Will it work with the treacle or will it just flop? Oh and I'm planning on using coke bottles to ferment it in, is that ok?
