I have a first year Cascade that I grew from a rhizome I bought from More Beer. I planted it in a 5 gallon pot and it has been doing pretty well. I planted them in pots as I am in my last year of college and just moved into and will move out of a rental within a year. I live in Southern California and my cascade is doing really really well. I trained up about 4 or 5 vines and they are currently about 8 feet long and getting close to my fence. I checked the bottom of the pot and the roots are growing out of the bottom.

Should I move it to a new, bigger pot? If so, how would I do it since it would be hard to top the pot upside down or pull the whole thing up. do I just leave her alone and transplant after harvest?
