Who knew you could spend 20 minutes watching fermentation? I've brewed all of my ales to this point in a traditional bucket. I realize now that I was missing an awesome show!

I think I'm going to primary all my batches from now on in my carboy. This is just too cool to miss.

Way cool! I'm only 2 batches in and both have been in buckets....... Looks like I'm going to get a bigger carboy next! I ferment in a closet and dont have the room for a blow off set up with my current carboy.
 
carboy's are really good for seeing what actually takes place. little hard to clean but fun to watch. keep it covered a majority of the time
