Long story short I recently purchased a new computer and have downloaded Promash which i have been using for years. But, now I need to know how to transfer from recipes and session from y old computer to the new one.

Can this my done by sending recipes via email and the opening and saving in the new computer?

I need a little... OK a lot of help here.

Great idea.... burn them to a cd then open in and save to new file location in new computer. Always seems simpler coming from someone else.

Thank you for your time.

No need to open and resave, just drag the file from one location to the next. For example, if you burn it to a disk, drag it from the disk to your My Documents/Beer_Recipes folder. Opening and resaving will work too, if thats what you prefer or are used to.
