He folk just looking for a Little input here. Got my second year cascades in the ground and they are starting up again. Was wonder if it was possible to uproot the plant and put it into a large planter. I'm moving and would like to take em with

You can definitely do that...You'll find that you'll likely be able to divide the crowns to have even more plants at your new place.
