Time in fermenter

I brewed a batch of Midwest Irish stout on Mar 29. The IG was 1.048. I took the FG this past Saturday and again yesterday. It was 1.020. My problem is I work on a tugboat and go back to work tomorrow for 3 weeks. Should I bottle it now or leave it in the fermenter until I get home?
 
Thanks. That's what I was leaning towards. This was my first brew. I think next time. I'll plan on brewing before I go out. Then it will be doing its thing while I'm out.
