You could possibly up the finishing hops some. My rule of thumb for that size batch is 3 oz of finishing hops and 3 oz dry hop in an IPA.

2.5 oz in a 5 gallon batch is roughly equivalent to 1 lb/bbl of hops which is a pretty standard hopping rate in professional breweries.
