Thoughts on this IPA hop schedule

Or anything else? Just a basic IPA.

Brewers friend was calculating 0 min hops with 0 IBU and whirlpool with 4-5 IBUs. Not sure why that is, so the 1 minutes are actually flameouts. Also, shouldn't the lower mash temp bring the FG down past 1.016?

I would expect 80-83% apparent attenuation from that grain bill, mash temp and yeast, yes.

That's a lot of weighing out of tiny hop amounts. I'm a lazy SOB and would just condense all the 1 minute and whirlpool stuff down to a single flameout / whirlpool-type add.

Then I'd double the dry hops!
 
agreed with the above....just group those all together. absolutely no need for such small doses in tight time windows. you'll never see the benefit. also, no need for both a FWH and a 60 minute. Figure out the IBU's you want and do one or there other. I personally enjoy the FWH method on IPA's. Also, I'd double your dry-hop bill.
