So about 9pm I had an itch to create an Imerpial IPA recipe how does this sound.

Grain
14lbs 2Row (US)
2lbs Crystal 30L

Hops
Amarillo Gold 1oz additions @ 60, 40, 20, 10, 5
Amarillo Gold 1oz Dry hopped 5 days

Yeast
WLP060 American Ale

ABV 7.9% Will be more because I always do better than projected
IBU: 76
SRM: 8 or more Going off memory

Other
1tbsp Irish Moss @ 60

Named Lucifer's IIPA

WAY too much crystal malt! I'd go with no more than a pound, but less is good as well.

I'd change the hopping a little, going with 60/15/10/5/0/dryhop.

Irish moss should go in with no more than 15 minutes left in the boil.

You can get away with that much crystal if get your IBUs up high enough. Around 120 calcualted IBUs will balance fairly well with that much crystal.

I have done Irish Moss at 10-15 in the past and just was not as clear as I hoped. Since moving to 60 min boil I have been getting very clear beers. Not saying 15 min is not enough its just from my experience.
