I'm with you Andrew. Ive been lucky enough to meet Sam a dozen times or so. I'm just down the road from DFH. He has always been very genuine and his employees really like him. Hes gone to bat for them countless times. I do think they are doing this to counter all the big guys buying everyone up. I think this will be looked back on as a very important move for craft beer.
