So a little backstory. I ferment in 1/4 bbl sanke kegs. Use brew hardware Sanke ferm adapter like in the link below

http://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/sankefermenterkit_pressure.htm

Mine is different though because the TC fitting has only a male camlock on it. When i want to rack i attach my racking rig (the T, ball lock disconcet, Female camlock, cane) to the TC. I do this due to height restrictions in my ferm chamber and i actually love it. Takes 2 seconds to set up to rack.

My issue is I want to avoid any and all O2 while cold crashing. I would like to simply attach my co2 tank then drop the temp and hold a little pressure while it cold crashes. I could do this if I had a Female Camlock to Ball lock disconnect. How would i go about this?

I emailed Bobby at BrewHardware about it but no response. Hoping he will respond on here because I know he makes something similar with a male camlock

This with a female camlock would work too since i have swivel flare adapter on my gas line.
I know it is a bit mickey mouse and adds an extra connection but you could use that with a camlock type B screwed into a type D (female - female coupler). Could possibly find other uses for the f-f coupler elsewhere.

That might work. We then again run into clearance issues in my chest freezer i ferment in. Thanks for the idea though. I will measure...
