This is a very drinkable pale ale I came up with that has good body and a nice biscuit after taste due to the victory malt. The hops are there but not pronounced. A crowd pleaser that the BMC crowd and the more "discerning palate" can enjoy equally.

16 oz Victory malt steeped at 160° for 35 min

Hop schedule
1 oz Tradition 30 min
.5 oz Sovereign 20 min
.5 oz Tradition 10 min
.5 oz Sovereign 10 min
.5 oz Tradition flame out
.5 oz Sovereign flame out

9 day secondary
.75 oz Tradition dry hop
.25 oz Sovereign dry hop

6.5# light DME

.5 tspn Irish Moss

American ale yeast
