Thermometer and scale

I'm an all grain Biab stovetop brewer. My last thermometer bit the dust and looking for advice on a new one. Thinking about another Walmart special just not quite the cheapest one.
Also need a scale for hops. Does el cheapo Walmart scale measure accurately enough?

Advice and suggestions please.

Get yourself the CDN DTQ450 digital thermometer and the AWS500 scale for hops. Yes, I sell both of those in my store but those are what I use and recommend and you're welcome to buy them elsewhere also.
