My MLT is now complete; within the next two weeks I'll be brewing my first AG batch.

Thanks for the opinions offered while I was planning the project, they were helpful and steered me towards the final result.

I went with a 28qt rect. cooler with a manifold of 1/2" CPVC. Should be good for brews up to about 1.060-1.065 OG, and any PM. I'll be doing single temp. infusion mashes and batch sparging.

Wish me luck on my upcoming AG brewday.
