I am brewing a Bohemian Pilsner next week and I don't have any Moravian barley. I was planning on just using 100% Best Malz Pilsner malt but I thought I would ask if anyone had a tried and true method for replicating that malty Moravian taste.

Usually substitutions are disappointing but with all the pros on here someone might have something that has worked. Maybe a touch of munich or vienna?

I would love to get my hands on some Moravian barley. My dad graduated from Moravian College and I attend a Moravian church. Brewing up a batch of beer with Moravian malt would be pretty cool.
