I’m an idiot. Adjusted my inkbird to cold crash my fermenter and I must have been distracted by a shiny object. I forgot to put the gas manifold on and add some CO2. Came back from vacation and ugh. How much starsan, if any really, is ok to drink. I have probably a quart in 9 gallons of IPA. I don’t really want to dump it, but I want even less to get sick. I’m going to the corner and flog myself for a rookie mistake

I've read enough of these to know how it ends: you won't notice it, and it won't harm you, especially in that low a concentration.
I wouldn't dump it...

I've drank 8oz of Star-San straight. No ill effects. It's a little lemony but it would probably be better chilled though.

Can drink it straight.
Qt in 9 gal no prob, you just diluted things a tiny bit.
