Hi all,

I've read Papazian's The Complete Joy of Homebrewing & have finally put to use my homebrew themed Christmas presents from a few years back.

I racked a Porter into my secondary carboy a few days back & now am trying really hard to be patient.

Thanks for all the great tips I've already gotten & thanks in advance for all the wisdom that is to come.
