Hi Everyone, New to the group and brewing - first ever batch is in and a little confused already.

Welcome! What is your first batch? How did you brew it? What are you confused about?

My first batch was an extract red ale kit. After that I was hooked and moved into doing all grain using brew in a bag (BIAB).

Hi, it is a Munich Lager. A couple of the guys on the forum have helped me with my questions - quite a bonus to get answers so quickly!
