How warm can you let fermentation get to help push the yeast to the end? I have a barleywine at 27brix (1.115) and I'm down to 14 brix (1.057). My goal is 1.020. The fermentation has been at about 62 for a months. Would letting it warm up to 70 or greater be bad to push fermentation?

After the first 2-3 days you can start bringing the temperature up. Don't let it skyrocket out of control, but a slow rise will help push it to the end.

Awesome. How high can I safely go? It's cool in the basement but hot upstairs (70+).
