I am looking for a solution to control temperature on my fermentation is a small space. I do not have room for a fridge, so I am evaluating the following:
1) SS Brew Bucket with the FTSs temperature control.
2) Glass Carboy with CoolZone temperature control.
To me, the FTSs seems more efficient as the cooling coils are immersed in the wort, but the CoolZone has the advantage of working with varying carboys.
Does anyone who has experience with these two solutions have any opinions or suggestions? Yes I understand they are pricey and I have accepted that.
