I'm new to kegging and I've been scanning these forums, great advice out there. But one thing I'm unsure about is where to use teflon tape. I see advice that says "use teflon tape on all threaded fittings". Does this include the keg posts too, or only the CO2 side of the system?

I just have tape on the gas side. You shouldn't need tape on the keg posts and as long as the o-rings are good you should be leak-free. Although if you do find there is still a leak coming from the post and you have new o-rings you could try a little tape if need be.
