So I created a non-credit course at the community college I work at (I'm the assistant bursar). Called it Homebrewing for the Brilliant. Teaching 2 nights, 2 hours each. Could have easily made it 2 3 hour nights as I found out my first night. It's my first time teaching and I'm having a ball! I have 16 students and they are having fun. It's an intro course and I introduced them to extract brewing last night. I'm digging it! Here a picture from last night

Good on ya! :mug:

Quicky summary on your planned curriculum?
Gonna do a Brew Day, for instance? Field trip to a brewery?

Cheers!

I hope you use actual ingredients for "visual aids," not just PP.

+10 on having a brew day to show how it's done.
