TC connection help

Hi everyone! I need some help with finding some TC stuff. I'm trying to stay as sanitary as possible. I recently acquired a Bru-Gear 10 gallon kettle. It came with a TC to NPT adapter and a 3 piece ball valve. I'm looking to upgrade to something more sanitary and easier to take apart and clean.

My issue is that the pick up tube is 1/2" out and all of the TC valves I'm seeing are 1" min. Does anyone know of a TC valve with 1/2" dia tube but with a 1.5" connection? Otherwise it goes from 1/2" to 1" back to 1/2". I know there isn't much loss with the 1" diameter valve but I think it could have an effect on siphon too. I'll be taking everything apart to clean and not CIP.

This brings me to another issue. Does anyone know where to find 1/2" x 1.5" TC gaskets? Thanks in advance!

That's pretty sweet. No excuses for dirty ball valves there.
