I'm approaching the 10 yr anniversary with my wife towards the end of August and I'm looking to brew something that will taste good on our anniversary and hopefully taste even better each anniversary in the future.

What styles of beer can I make in 6 weeks that will taste good now and also age well? Recipes are appreciated as well!

I was thinking of an old stock ale but I've never brewed one before and wasn't sure if 6 weeks was long enough.

Most beers that age well are high abv, have brett, or both. If you would have thought of this a couple months ago, you'd have more options. Maybe start planning for your 11th anniversary.
