I came across this tap(top of the pic) and would like to use it but it’s way too small for my shanks.
Does anyone know of these taps and is there a adapter/other shank for these or am I SOL?

I think that may be a Euro faucet.

Yes, it looks like a Euro-style Rototap.
Don't know what that shank threading might be, or if there's a way to adapt it to common 7/8"-14 standards.

Are there any identifying markings on it? And maybe a full picture?

Cheers!

Yes, I’m sure it’s a rototap..
I could take it apart further, but I’m not sure if there would be a point to that though.
Can’t seem to find an actual manufacturer online though
The collar is stamped 0100 on it. It’s about 3/4 inch across
