Table for malt ionic contribution?

Hey all - does anyone know of any table/calculator that shows how much any given malt will contribute to various ions in the finished beer? e.g. 2 row mashed in distilled water with a gravity of 1.04 will contribute 100 mg/l of chloride to the finished beer.

The closest I came was Handbook of Brewing, page 108 (not sure if this link will work)

I was confident that I had seen a list of nominal malt ions within the recent book titled 'Water', by Palmer and Kaminski, so I searched the book, only to find within it on page 178 the exact same information as that which you have listed above.
