Symptoms of a weak boil

I am going through a set of conditions for brewing, ruling out various factors and wanted to know what would be the symptoms (off flavors, flaws) from having too weak of a boil?

Leaving behind too much DMS is my first thought. Anything else going on here?
 
+1 on rolling boil. The only time I *really* crank up the heat is if for some reason my efficiency post-sparge is low. I try to make it up on the boil. :)
