Hello All

I am going to make a extract kit from AHS called Promo Wheat Stout. I wish to put a little

sweetness in. Not an overpowering sweet, just a little. What should I put in? I could sure

use your help in this matter.

Thanks Paul

+1 on lactose but be aware that it is fermentable, just not by brewers yeast. Be careful with your sanitation and beware that the beer might not last for years.

I have had some very off commercial milk stouts.

Are there any other options beside lactose? I've heard people use sweet'n low. I'm not sure a good alternative for someone who is lactose intolerant is something that causes bladder cancer. What other options are there?

Pasteurize and back sweeten with sugar. There are a number of artificial sweeteners, they can't all cause bladder cancer, so that is an option.
