American Pale Ale
Extract (5.00 gal) ABV: 5.84 %
OG: 1.050 SG FG: 1.006 SG
IBUs: 26.1 IBUs Color: 10.0 SRM

Ingredients
Start of boil:
3 lb - Brown Rice Syrup
1 lb - Candi Sugar, Amber
1 lb - Buckwheat Honey
0.50 oz - Bramling Cross

30 minutes:
0.50 oz - Fuggle

45 minutes:
1.00 tsp - Irish Moss
0.50 oz - Bramling Cross
1.00 tsp - Yeast Nutrient

Flameout:
0.50 oz - Fuggle
3 lb - Sorghum Liquid Extract

Yeast:
1 pkg - US-05

Bottling:
5.00 oz - Priming Sugar
1.00 oz - Heading Powder

Just wanted to get your guys opinion on a couple of extract brews I am thinking about. This would be a lighter summer beer for the hot days we have so frequently here in Texas.
 
Looks solid. I have had really good luck with 1 lb belgian candi sugar and 1 lb buckwheat honey in 5 gallon batches so that has sort of become my standard. Never used Bramling Cross. If you end up liking it, and I think you will, you might post this in the gluten free recipe section.
