Just brewed a galaxy pale ale with white labs California V on Sunday and today it has a sulfur smell to it. Is this normal at all?
 
It's not abnormal. Fermentation can take on many different smells, most of which are completely normal. I've had fermentations that smelled pleasant like fruit, and others that I could not stand to even be in the same room the smell was so awful. Most likely it will be fine.
