Hey all.
I brewed a Oatmeal chocolate stout last week.
I plan on kegging, but want a few bottles to submit to a contest. Is there an easy peazy way to figure out how much dextrose to put in the few bottles to get those to carb?
Last time I poured from a keg to a bottle for this very same thing, I got marked down for lack of carbonation, and still won 3rd place on a red. I would like to avoid this reduction in score, this time.
