Suggestions For Leftover Brew

So I brewed up a Tripel today and have some ingredients leftover that I was thinking I could throw together in a 1 gallon batch, but I'm looking for suggestions on what to brew.

My leftovers:

10 oz. Munich Malt

0.6 oz. Fuggles Hops

0.2 oz. Liberty Hops

I'm open to getting any other ingredients, I just want to use all of these up.

I was thinking about an Oktoberfest ale. Any suggestions?
 
If you threw some pislner in there with it I'd say ya, have yourself an Oktoberfest, but for heaven's sake use a lager yeast!
 
I would if I could! The best I can do for temp control is a swamp cooler which could keep it in the mid 60's. I was thinking Oktoberfest with a clean ale yeast like US-05.
 
It won't be the same, but lager it for 4 to 6 weeks and it will be similar and tasty I am sure.
