Started doing all grain with an Imperial Stout style recipe I formed by a little research and guidance. Wondering how long others have left there Imperial fermenting for or if they felt they got good results with racking to a secondary? Mine has been in carboy since Jan 31, out gassed well for about a week and has now slowed but still not totally settled out. Thanks for any suggestions.

Only made one adn I left it in the Primary until it was done....10/06---11/30/2013 Never did secondary....Still have a few in bottles, tastes damm good at 9.1%ABV. Just entered it in a contest.

Minimum one month in primary, then age several months in a secondary, keg or bottles.
