Or just someone to tell me 10 grams of sugar raise the gravity per gallon. I want to add strawberries in the secondary to a crappy store bought apple juice I'm attempting a drinkable cider from. Already have plans for tannin and acid blend to save this toilet water.

You'll have to do the math (Google can help) but 1 lb of sugar in 1 gallon is 1.046 specific gravity. In my own tests I've also found that 1 tsp sugar in 12 oz of water brings it to exactly 1.005.

Hope this helps.

It's not totally flavorless and I could probably just bottle it and let it sit for a few weeks to bring back a little lost flavor. But since this is my first gallon in a long time, I'm impatient to get the carboy empty and try again. Im going to give it a few more days then its getting bottled whether it's ready or not.
