I turned my back on the siphon and when I went back to it the racking cane had slumped all the way to the bottom of the primary and was pumping sludge into the bottling bucket which I had already primed :-( It probably did this for 30 seconds...lesson learned.

It's the centennial blonde ale. So sad because the sample I took from the primary was really clear. I went ahead and bottled it but it is really murky.

Will this cause any problems besides cloudiness? Will it settle and clear in the bottle?

be careful it could become flamable and explode all over your living room

This. Yeast is highly flammable. I run my car on bio-yeast/diesel hybrid.

No, seriously - it'll drop out in the bottles, especially once you stick 'em in the fridge. No cause for concern whatsoever.
